Donations are needed now…
Here’s a list of items you may choose to purchase and donate for this event:
- Blue or black pens
- College-rule notebook paper
- Crayons (24 pack)
- Wide-rule notebook paper
- Thin-point washable markers
- College-rule spiral notebooks
- Wide-point washable markers
- Wide-rule spiral notebooks
- See- thru rulers (inch & centimeter)
- Binders, 1-1.5 inch
- Cloth pencil pouch for 3-ring binder
- Dividers, 3 ring
- Character or young child backpacks
- New socks
- New athletic shoes (child & adult)
- New warm coat
- New underwear New solid-color t-shirt
Barrels for Grauer donations are located in the narthex and outside the Fellowship Hall
Can you help?
Of course we always welcome “walk-in” volunteers or you can use the form on the right to sign up to serve and help make this project a reality. There are several different shifts and lots of ways to serve.
Here is the Grauer Setup Schedule for the first week in August:
August 4th – 9–11am: Sort School Supplies Barrel Delivery. 1–3pm: Sort Underwear & School Supplies. 6–7 Pm: Fill Backpacks.
August 5th – 9–11am: Assemble Coat Racks Sort Coats. 1–3pm: Sort/Hang Coats On Racks.
August 6th – 9–11am: Sort Socks Bring Shoes To Fellowship Hall. 1–3pm: Shoe Sort Set-up Shoe Racks and fold T-Shirts.
August 7th – 9–11am: Finish Shoe Sort. T-Shirt/Sock Set Up. 1–3pm: Move Shoes To Racks and parking lot set-up.
August 8th – 9–11am: Parking Lot Signs. Finish Any Set Up Needed.
August 9th – Distribution day!
