• Print it, fill it out by hand, and send it to or drop it by the church office.

For all volunteers, please complete a background check which is free and can be completed online.  Please select from the pull-down menu which primary ministry* you are volunteering for:
 
Children’s Ministry (this includes nursery),  Middle School,  High School, General (all other ministry volunteers).
 
* The background check is the same for all ministry categories and your single background check clears you to volunteer for multiple ministries within St. Luke.
